          Prior to her current role, Ipsen was general manager and senior vice president for the Oracle Marketing Cloud, where she oversaw sales, account management, marketing, and customer support and services. Before joining Oracle, Ipsen was corporate vice president of Microsoft's Worldwide Public Sector organization, where she led sales and marketing teams serving government, education, and non-privatized healthcare customers in more than 100 countries.[1]
